Enter my giveaway and then head over to Sew, Mama, Sew and surf the net to enter more giveaways! And YES, this is my SECOND giveaway post in three days and my third in less than 3 weeks! If you are coming from the Giveaway Day Linky Party at Sew, Mama, Sew, WELCOME to my little corner of Blogville.
THIS giveaway is for one of my favorite tools in my toolkit. A pair of Gingham 4" Curved Embroidery Scissors... Plus a little surprise.
In my humble opinion, this is a little pair of scissors that no quilter should be without. They are perfect for snipping threads close to the fabric without cutting the fabric. Mine are ALWAYS on my Sewing Rug right next to my machine. I use them EVERY time I sew. If you do any type of needlework (needlepoint, cross stich, hand embroidery, etc.) these are also a must. I cross stitch as well, and when I do, I use these almost exclusively. (I even bought a pair of cheapo, knockoff curved scissors to carry with me when I travel. I wouldn't want TSA taking my Ginghers, but if they take my $3.00 pair, well, I can afford to lose those...)
While I, like every blogger likes to have followers, I will not require my winner to be a follower, but please, if you feel inclined to, peruse a few posts, and if you like what you see, follow my blog. The more the merrier, especially when creative criticism or input is needed!!
So, here's what you have you have to do to enter this giveaway... Leave a comment and tell me what tool is next to your machine EVERY time YOU sew. Mr. Random Generator will choose a winner on Saturday morning...
Good Luck!
Until Next Time,
Paul
Lovely scissors! Would love a pair, I am constantly snipping threads and these would be divine!
ReplyDeleteWow!! another 1st :) the tool always by my sewing machine is ... my seam ripper, of course! Happy holidays!
ReplyDeletemy quilting gloves. for some reason i find fabric so slippery with trying to be precise.
ReplyDeleteI have never used the curved scissors but they seem pretty handy. What's next to my sewing machine? Usually my laptop, so I can listen to an audiobook while I sew.
ReplyDeleteI have a pile of tools next to my sewing machine! Seam ripper, thread nippers, TV remote control and cell phone. Can't sew without all of those things!
ReplyDeleteusually i have my inspiration board next to me. it keeps me going!
ReplyDeleteAlways by my side are my Fiskar spring operated snips. But I have been told that the curved snips are great for machine quilting (at which I am a novice), so I have been wanting to get a pair. Thanks for the chance, Paul.
ReplyDeleteThis is a little weird, considering it's not strictly a "sewing" tool, but I always have a (medium-sized) fridge magnet next to me to catch all my pins. I don't have a pin-cushion, just a pin box, so the magnet is vital for avoiding droppage and other disasters.
ReplyDeletescissors and my earbuds so I can crank the tunes during nap time!
ReplyDeleteLove Gingher scissors--I don't have this size though. Great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI always have my beautiful wet felted needle cushion! Thanks for the chance, this is a wonderful giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThese would be so awesome to have in my applique tote! The tool that is next to my machine without fail is my spring-loaded nips from my sewing factory days in 1989. Far more sturdy than anything we can buy now, they are solid and fit so perfectly in my hand with the finger ring. And still plenty sharp enough!! (Although they're FINALLY starting to dull up, and I am missing the super-cool-yet-grumpy white-bearded grandpa guy who was at our beck and call on the sewing floor to do anything we needed at a moments notice (change those industrial needles, adjust the tension, sharper our nips. . . ) Yeah. I want one of him by my machine! ;D
ReplyDeletemy little sewing tool box is always right at hand and that usually has everything i need (including the all-important seam ripper!)
ReplyDeletekatierosek@yahoo.com
scissors...but such a bad pair I have there...
ReplyDeleteI have a little pair of mini scissors (my fingers barely fit into the holes) but they are small enough that I glued a heavy duty magnet onto my machine and I stick them on there- they never get misplaced. I do have a pair of these gingher scissors near my ironing board, and agree- they are indispensable! I would love another pair for in my upstairs office. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteMy Stitche Ripper is always by my side. I use it more than I would like to. :) I am happy follower.
ReplyDeleteI have a set of Ginger shears that are with me for every sewing project and have been wishing for a mini pair. So hopeful to win these!
ReplyDeleteunfortunately, my seam ripper is always next to me when i sew!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I asked Santa for a pair of embroidery scissors this year as it seems the pixies have run off with my old ones. The tool I always have next to my machine is (unfortunately) a seam ripper. I can get a little sloppy at times!
ReplyDeletemy magnetic pin holder :)
ReplyDeleteI have an oversized pin cushion filled with emery that is always next to my machine...it's really heavy, so it's not going anywhere!
ReplyDeleteUm...seam ripper...but scissors like these would be looked upon with far more kindness by me :)
ReplyDeleteLong handled tweezers. Great for grabbing the bobbin thread or use as a stiletto, many uses.
ReplyDeleteunforunately.. my seam ripper :( hahaha
ReplyDeletePins pins and more pins.
ReplyDeleteMy thread snips are always out of the drawer and next to my machine - so I can snip off the beginning and ending threads tails.
ReplyDeletequiltlady59 at fuse dot net
Pins and my little snips.
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper. I think I use it too much :(
ReplyDeleteThe one thing I have to have next to my machine may sound extremely odd but it is a few antique "pick up sticks" I use them as a stiletto. I bought the whole pack at a garage sale years ago for 50 cents and they have be very helpful. They are wooden not plastic like they ones they make today. Love your blog btw
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper, my scissors, and a bamboo skewer. I can't live without any of those things.
ReplyDeleteI do tons of embroidery so these scissors would be perfect for me! Thanks and blessings, marlene
ReplyDeleteNext to my machine are pins, a seam ripper, a rounded chopstick (really comes in handy), and an assorted collection scissors. Each is as important as the next!
ReplyDeleteSeam ripper, when it isn't lost. I'm the only embroider-er I know without a pair of embroidery scissors, too, so fingers crossed!
ReplyDeletecorvus.melloriATgmailDOTcom
Two things: Pin cushion and scissors. Always.
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper, because I am really accident prone!
ReplyDeleteMy iron is always at the ready when I'm sewing blocks together. I'm a seams open kind of gal.
ReplyDeletemy seam ripper... you know, just in case :)
ReplyDeleteDesi
weeshareblog@gmail.com
Like so many here, my seam ripper is the closest to my machine. I love it and hate it. :) simplybeu@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteMy thread snips are always right next to my machine. I use them so much!

Thanks for a lovely giveaway. I don't own a pair of those scissors, but would love too. =) I'm also a new follower...and will look forward to seeing your creations.
ReplyDeleteMy husband got me a big pair of Ginghers for Christmas a few years ago and those are always on my sewing table, along with a seam ripper.
ReplyDeletemy iPad, i need music when i sew! :) thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteMy ginormous Gingers are right next to me, so a tiny pair would be most welcome. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI don't own a pair of Ginghers yet, but I keep reading about how amazing they are. I keep a little seam allowance measuring stick next to my machine whenever I sew. I'm horrible at eyeballing things, and that mini-ruler is so much more convenient to keep around than a yardstick!
ReplyDeleteOh, I could really do with a pair of those. Sadly next to my sewing machine is usually my laptop - firstly for music and secondly because I'm such a new sewer I have to constantly refer to tutorials or how-tos to work out how to do the next step ;-)
ReplyDeleteYES! I need some snips. All I have are big scissors and I'm afraid of clipping the threads too close sometimes, especially on quilts. :/
ReplyDeleteI've heard such fabulous things about these scissors- thanks for the chance to win. My seam ripper is always by my side!
ReplyDeleteIt should be a little pair of snips, but I always seem to leave them sitting on the ironing board.
ReplyDeleteI love Ginghers! I have a pair of sheers that my husband knows will cut his flesh if he every cuts anything that's not fabric with them.
ReplyDeleteMy next-to-the-machine tool would be my pin cushion. I have 2: 1 for wherever it is I'm pinning and 1 for my by my machine. When the one gets empty I switch them!
Needle threader! And magnetic pin grabber.
ReplyDeleteScissors...and a seam ripper! Thanks for the giveaway! robyn(dot)geddes(at)gmail(dot)com
ReplyDeletemy companion by the sewing machine is my seam ripper. :) Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI always have about 5 spools of thread next to my machine!
ReplyDeletetbmroberts at yahoo dot com
My huge, dull scissors. Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI love my tweezers. They help me grab little threads with my arthritic hands.
ReplyDeleteI always keep a seam ripper next to my sewing machine!
ReplyDeletethe window haha. extra thread and little thread snip scissors
ReplyDeletemy seam ripper is always by my side
ReplyDeleteA magnetic bowl I stole from my husband...it's the ULTIMATE "pin cushion"! It's intended for nuts and bolts while working on a car, so it's BIG and will catch a needle tossed anywhere in it's direction. Can't imagine working without it...I'd have a lot more needles in my feet I imagine! ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for a great giveaway!
I've always wanted a pair of Ginghers. :)
ReplyDeleteMy to go to tool is a seam ripper. It is always in reach.
I always have my seam ripper beside me. I use it as an extra finger. It's very handy for keeping things in place. Love those scissors. I've managed to cut two quilts when snipping a thread. After they've been quilted!
ReplyDeletelittle scissors - but not as nice as these! adding you to my google reader.
ReplyDeletemy pincushion.
ReplyDelete:)
love it! good scissors are so underrated!
ReplyDeletefor me that'd be the Seam Ripper!! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great giveaway. Never tried curved scissors and I love Gingher.
lestra77 (at) yahoo (dot) com
Next to my machine is always a pair of super sharp, spring-loaded fiskar scissors. :)
ReplyDeleteMary
iammaryburke(at)gmail(dot)com
A cat is always next to my sewing machine. My sewing tools are in a box on the shelf next to my machine because my cats think that all my tools are toys to play with so I can't leave them out.
ReplyDeleteBrevistraex@gmail.com
I always have a pincushion next to my machine...and my ironing board...and my cutting table...and the chair where I do finishing work!
ReplyDeleteI also have a pair of gingher scissors next to my machine, when they haven't wandered off with my eager 8 year old quilter, so it would be great to have another pair!
ReplyDeleteI always have a pair of scissors. They are sharp & pointy & I always worry I will cut the fabric by mistake! I didn't know there was another way! lol
ReplyDeletethe tool i keep next my sweet featherweight is a pin cushion. thanks for asking and thanks for offering such a great prize. cheers!~
ReplyDeleteI always have a little mini pair of crappy scissors, also a mini piece of fabric used for starting and stopping to aid in chain piecing. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI have been drooling over Gingher embroidery scissors for so long!! The tool that I'm never without is my seamripper. . they always seem to come in handy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway
Sarah @ http://kiwigetscrafty.blogspot.com
Always have my pin cushion!
ReplyDeleteknspears (at) gmail (dot) com
My scissors and seam ripper are always next to my sewing machine.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I always have my straight scissors next to my machine -- would love to give the curved ones a go!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try these! Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper (AKA "unsewing" device) is always next to me, plus scissors and/or thread snips.
ReplyDeletethanks!
Scissors are my main sewing machine accessory! Also a pin cushion and seam ripper, like so many others...
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper to be honest. :)
ReplyDeleteA seam ripper. Sigh. Also, my magnetic pin 'cushion'. Lifesaver, that.
ReplyDeleteOh... it has to be the seam ripper, I am just a newbie!
ReplyDeleteThat's easy...seam ripper!
ReplyDeleteSeam Ripper
ReplyDeleteSeam ripper as well :) I dispise trimming threads, new scissors might make it more enjoyable thanks!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely my seam ripper. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletea glass of wine. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteI don't sew without my extension table. I serously don't know how I did anything without it before I got it.
ReplyDeleteI'm never without a pair of scissors. The big cheap-o kind that I replace every year or two. I've never gotten a "good" pair because I don't know what to get and I'm scared that my kids will get hold of them and accidentally lose a limb or something. Now the little ones? I'm definitely up for a pair of those! (I could keep them in my embroidery tin - I take that with me everywhere I go!)
ReplyDeletesadly enough my seam ripper is closest to my machine no matter the project
ReplyDelete*hide* my seam ripper. LOL
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper and magnetic pin cushion
ReplyDeleteI love me some Gingher sissors!
pincushion :) raineoc@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteA piece of dowel with a magnet on the end. I hate to stop to pick up pins--and pins must be picked up immediately! ;-)
ReplyDeleteMy magnetic pin keeper! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI could really use these scissors! Thanks for the chance:)
Everytime I sew I always need to have my trusty seam ripper handy...just in case! =)
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper is ALWAYS next to my sewing machine. i do leaders and enders so I always need to separate the project I"m working on from them!
ReplyDeleteA little smooth wooden container that my father made for my mother - it is shallow and scooped out like the kind that holds paperclips - I put it on the bed of the sewing machine for straight pins that I remove while piecing.
ReplyDeleteseam ripper!
ReplyDeleteI love the little cleaning brush that came with my machine...although I don't clean out the fuzzies every time I sew, because it's more fun to let the lint build up (really good for the machine, I know). My mom is psychotically protective of her Ginghers, so it'd be fun to have my own! :)
ReplyDeleteThe seam ripper :)
ReplyDeleteseam ripper!
ReplyDeletemy pin cushion :)
ReplyDeleteKarli
k_squared4t@hotmail.com
Seam ripper. Nothing I make looks right at first. Lol
ReplyDeleteWell I sew at the Craft ( read dining) room table. So EVERY thing is there. A little metal bucket for pens markers scissors and rotary cutter. Pin cushion, thread, bobbins extra needles, cutting mat and of course UFO's;) I'm lucky we don't eat in there and we rarely have dinner guests!!
ReplyDeleteI cannot be without a seam ripper, which is to say, I am always still learning... :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
P.S. You are awesome, outnumbered quilter!
ReplyDeleteLoud and proud!
My seam ripper and scissors are next to my machine-oh and my pin cushion! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletelaurahughes(at)charter(dot)net
I have a pin cushion next to my machine, as well as scissors - not as nice as these though!
ReplyDeletesteeplechaser29 at yahoo dot com
I can't do much sewing without an OttLite by my side. And reading glasses...arghh!
ReplyDeleteHello, I always have a spool stand, my extra bobbins and scissors next to my machine.
ReplyDeleteThose look like a serious pair of scissors, I would LOVE them!
ReplyDeleteAs for what is next to my machine, it would have to be my trusty pincushion, it's huge & completely necessary.
Merry Christmas!
I only have one pair of scissors that i regularly use, which of course are by my machine at all times. However, these would make a great addition!
ReplyDeleteA pair of scissors.
ReplyDeleteThx for the chance to win ^^v
I'm a follower.
The seam ripper lol.
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower.
ReplyDeleteMy scissors and magnetic pin cushion are next to my sewing machine. And my computer;) A girl can't sew and keep up on blogs otherwise.
ReplyDeleteI have a terrible habit of trying to snip threads with my fabric shears (I just reach for whatever is available), which is not only unwieldy but is certain to end in fabric-cutting disaster one day...these scissors would be a lovely alternative, thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy sewing machine is part of my art practice so theres pint, pencils, paper ad a boombox beside it.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately a seam ripper! But if a mistake is made I'm keen to quickly rip those threads and get on with it. I would love to win your give away gift of your favorite curved scissors, with the leather pouch!
ReplyDeleteThank you
I have my pincushion, bamboo skewer and my little pair of nipping scissors by my machine. (Often my cat is there, too, but she is not what I would consider a helpful tool.) Love my large Ginghers and am betting the small ones are great, too! Been a follower for some time now, and love reading your posts.
ReplyDeleteSadly, it's my seam ripper.
ReplyDeleteSeam ripper here too. Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteI never sew without a notepad, I get my greatest ideas while in the middle of another project, that never fails to make me quit halfway through and start the new one. Vicious cycle.
ReplyDeletesdw2984(at)gmail(dot)com
My seam ripper and scissors.. both which I am constantly losing when I walk away with them!!
ReplyDeleteDitto on the seam ripper! roguekeri at live dot com
ReplyDeleteGingher is my favorite brand of scissors! I always always have my seam ripper by my side;)
ReplyDeletesolsmom(at)gmail(dot)com
HA I wish I had the same tool next to my sewing machine every time I sew, but my little "helpers" like to run off with anything I leave out, so I always have to go looking for everything. I do have a seam ripper tucked into the hidden compartment in my machine, so I guess I'll have to go with that.
ReplyDeleteOoooooooooo Ginghers! The tool I always have next to me is a bright light. It's so dark here in the winter, I need all the help I can get when threading the needle and trying to see what I just sewed! :)
ReplyDeleteI have a SEAM RIPPER next to my machine....ALWAYS. :)
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love my Ginghers! I don't have a 4" pair though. I have a pair of small scissors next to my machine.
ReplyDeleteI have a little wooden bowl next to my machine with a small pair of scissors, the screwdriver to undo the presser foot, a seam ripper and 74 safety pins.
ReplyDeleteOoooh, gotta love a nice pair of scissors. The area next to my sewing machine is usually very messy but there is always a pair of scissors, a pin magnet, numerous tape measures etc on one side (if I can find them in the hovel) On the other side is the pile of family clothing repairs that never seems to get done when there is fun sewing to be done ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway - you can't over-estimate a good pair of scissors :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for giving away the lovely scissors
ReplyDeleteA scrap of fabric for testing the stitch before I go to work on my project. I am still learning how to adjust the stitch functions so it pays to test first.
ReplyDeleteI always keep my snips and my seam ripper handy (hopefully I don't need the latter very often!). Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI always keep my seam ripper and a pincushion. Terrific giveaway! Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteMy somewhat inferior scissors & my seam ripper are always to the right of my sewing machine. Thanks for an awesome giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI wanted a pair of these scissors! Next to my sewing machine is a pair of scissors, a seam ripper (unfortunately!), a pair of tweezers and usually a mug of coffee.
ReplyDeleteI'll pop back to visit your blog soon!
My scissors and seam ripper!
ReplyDeleteHave to have my pin cushion with me!
ReplyDeleteThey look like brilliant sissors. I usually have sissors , seam ripper, coffee, pincushion and thread bin beside my machine.
ReplyDeleteHi! I can't be without my magnetic pin cushion. Just fling the pins towards it and "clink!" they're sucked right into the magnetic force field!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this give-away!
I always have my magnetic pin holder and a small pair of scissors to snip threads. My scissors are Fiskars-cheap, but effective.
ReplyDeleteThe pin cushion, scissors and (sadly) a thread ripper for picking stitches - I can't seem to make it through a project without messing up at least once (usually when I'm tired and it's past the point I should have gone to bed!)
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper, LOL!
ReplyDeleteI always keep a pair of small embroidery scissors.. Easy to grap and clip threads as you sew. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteSadly my seam ripper!. I have added your blog to my favourites, I will come back to visit you next week!. Thank you for the chance.
ReplyDeletescissors and a seam ripper. Altho, my large scissorss are rather cumbersome sometimes and I've been looking at some smaller ones.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity! I always sew with my big left handed scissors close by, I would love to have a small pair of scissors too!
ReplyDeletePins and scissors! I have always wanted these!
ReplyDeletepins and snips
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, my seam ripper must stay nearby at all times. But, I do love my Ginger scissors!
ReplyDeletemy pincushion is always at the ready. :) fun giveaway!
ReplyDeletebess
I usually have a pair of scissors next to my sewing machine. I've never owned curved ones though, so that sounds fab!
ReplyDeleteA small pair of scissors are next to my machine.
ReplyDeleteScissors, seam ripper, magnetic pin cushion. And a whole lot of sewing junk. I don't clear off the sewing table very often, ha. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI always have my seam ripper next to the sewing machine because I use it to cut thread.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely my seam ripper! I space when someone comes in to talk to me. I have been known to sew things backwards!
ReplyDeleteI don't know the technical name... but I always keep my bamboo corner-pusher-outer-thingie by my sewing machine. It's a great tool that can be used in a lot of different ways!!
ReplyDeleteI made a test block of a reverse cathedral window, and then made it into a pincushion. I always have that! Plus a good pair of tweezers!
ReplyDeleteHa.. my seam ripper! And if I plan ahead, my pincushion.. It seems that it's never where I actually need it though!
ReplyDeleteI've got my Mr Grabbit pin holder next to me all the time!!
ReplyDeleteI have a pair of Gingher snips for clipping threads.
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper is usually close and pins--sometimes in a cushion other times just sitting there.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, my seam ripper gets a lot of use.
ReplyDeleterebekahricker (at) yahoo (dot) com
Definitely scissors!
ReplyDeleteExcellent giveaway!! I always have a seam ripper beside me :/
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper never leaves my side as I sew. lol
ReplyDeleteNext to my machine is a chubby mug with small pair of scissors, a seam ripper, a 12 1/2 inch creative grids ruler, a bamboo point turner, a pair of clip on magnifier glasses for doing applique or especially fine sewing (my eyesight is going!) and a couple Sewline markers.
ReplyDeleteNew to your blog, but I'm following now. From a polite distance, of course!
I have a little sewing caddy with need-to-have-at-hand notions in it and a huge pincushion on top. My must have every time from there is a cupcake ring pincushion that fits onto my left thumb. One of my friends gave it to me and I cannot believe I sewed without it before. It's super handy and it makes sewing so much more fun.
ReplyDeleteThank you for a great giveaway - these scissors sound fabulous.
Marilize
marilize(dot)paulsen(at)gmail(dot)com
I have my clover iron next to me all the time it is easy to use and great for the small seams of a quilt.
ReplyDeleteSince I am a novice sewer, my seam ripper is always close by! :)
ReplyDeleteljbourque at gmail dot com
Ha! I never have anything all the time. I'm always carrying my pins or my seam ripper or my scissors around with me and then I have to go find them when I sit down at my machine. Sometimes I feel so scattered!
ReplyDeleteSeam ripper to take out my mistakes-ha! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOh my! This is perfect! I always have a pair of scissors by my machine too! Mine are so old and not working so well...in fact I was just adding these to my wish list! Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteready4god2513 at yahoo dot com
I also have my scissors next to my sewing machine, I have japanese scissors, don't remember the name. I love to win your's!!!!
ReplyDeleteI need a pair of these since mine got lost in our last move. My seam ripper is in use as much as my machine.
ReplyDeleteSadly it's the old seam ripper! Thank you for having such a fabulous give away.
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper and scissors are side my side next to my sewing machine.
ReplyDeleteSmall scissors....next to my seam ripper! Thanks for a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteA flat dish of straight pins (pin cushions are beautiful and on display, but this way I can drop them in the dish as I pull then out and reach in and grab more when needed easier than a bowl-ish dish) and unfortunately a seam ripper.
ReplyDeletescissors and a pincushion. Every time.
ReplyDeleteI carry a seam ripper in my pocket..all the time! You never know when you'll need one!
ReplyDeleteScissors, pins, seam ripper and my phone (just to make sure no one needs me for work).
ReplyDeleteMy tape measure is next to my sewing kit because if I don't measure my fabric its ALWAYS horribly crooked.
ReplyDeletecraftafarian at gmail d c
I guess that would be my..$2 snippers..I saw the cuties you are giving away recently and but used my pin money for fabric instead..one of these days I am going to lash out and just do it, if they are as good as you say they are, thanks for the heads up!
ReplyDeleteMy seam ripper is always right there beside me :) These would be a very welcome addition!
ReplyDeleteWhat great scissors - I would love a pair of those. Gingher's is such good quality! By my machine every time I sew is my stiletto - I learned to quilt with one and now I feel naked without it in my hand to guide the fabric through.
ReplyDeleteSeam ripper and this little brush that came with my machine. I use it to dust off lint from metal parts, clean lint from bobbin case, and pull bobbin thread thru when changing bobbins. Thank you for the give away.
ReplyDeleteskowens (at) sbcglobal (dot) net
