Great giveaway. Looking forward to the male quilt along in the works.
ReplyDeleteOh, what a fun giveaway...and I come to your blog because I enjoy seeing what men create and there prespective on things. Your creativity and well..it is just fun!
ReplyDeleteI come back because it's refreshing to get a man's perspective - sometimes we women get a bit too tuned in to ourselves and forget to look outside that. :) blessings, marlene
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 100 follower mark! I come to your blog because I find your projects interesting and refreshing.
ReplyDeleteI agree with others who mentioned that it is interesting to get the male perspective on quilting. You are interesting to follow--you have a full, busy life and you are excited about new techniques and projects.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 100th!
I think I am in the majority when I say its nice to see a male working with fabric and seeing his intresting choices and what he does with them. Continue the good job
ReplyDeleteHi Paul
ReplyDeleteI added your blog to my favorites after reading your post last Easter. It moved me. I like hearing about the quilting world from a man's point of view, and that you also include personal information about your life and family. Of course, I also love seeing your quilts.
I decided to follow your blog because I was interested in seeing your interpretation of quilts. Thank for giving us the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun thing your doing here. I love seeing what fun new projects this Outnumbered Quilter comes up with!
ReplyDeleteWhen I first started quilting, I felt that I was the only male quilter. But now I know better, and I love to see what other men are working on and there thoughts process.
ReplyDeleteI keep coming back because I like that your style isn't all fluff and frouf like some of the overwhelmingly pink stuff I see in blogland. It's nice to get inspiration and a man's perspective, honestly. I'm the only estrogen-laden individual in my house, and while I think in brights and pinks... it's not practical to have pink splattered all over my house. So I like to see what a man's mind comes up with and use that for inspiration :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on all of your followers! I like your blog just as it is. Keep up the great work :)
ReplyDeleteI don't remember how I found your blog. I became a follower when you had your Pay It Forward and did not require a blog to play. I really enjoy your blog just as it is. A good mix of quilting, family and a good source of inspiration, especially when I am picking colors for a man's quilt. The blog is just fine as it is.
ReplyDeleteEven though I am a follower, I couldn't leave a comment any other way.

ReplyDeleteI found your site because you posted Jonathan's quilt on Leah Day's site. You do very nice work. I think it's interesting to find men quilting. I used to work with my husband in the construction field and got a lot of stares back then, but I can build a deck better than 90% of the ones who stared! Good luck with your quilting!
