Well, I didn't get off to the start I wanted. I did not keep to my plan very well. I failed to look at my calendar before assembling my plan, and I need to admit that I can not just go from nothing to 30 minutes 6 days per week. BUT, at least I got off my BUTT and did something. This week's plan is a little more realistic!

Good luck...isn't there supposed to be a day of rest in there somewhere?!
ReplyDeleteOh, I hear ya on this one. My 4th baby is 7 months old and I'm still trying to get back in shape. It's frustrating how slow it feels, but at the same time I know I'm making progress and that feels good. Keep it up!
